HOW TO USE - When you start to feel nauseous, press the large marble on the inner side of your wrist (refer to the pictures for accurate placement). Then switch the bracelet to your other wrist and apply pressure to that point.

SIZE - Each bracelet has a circumference of roughly 7 inches. Please consider your wrist size, as it will be snug on larger wrists and more comfortable on smaller ones. Even if it’s not your exact size, you can still benefit by massaging the larger bead into your wrist pressure point.
